Service 01 · The audit

Two weeks. Every seat. Priced.

A floating matte black inspection stamp on white, representing a software license audit.
The price
Scoped to your org

A fixed fee quoted in one call, based on your seat count, org complexity, and renewal timing — set before we start, in writing, no hourly meter.

The timeline
2 weeks

Planned analysis window after the agreed data is available. Missing evidence, access setup or scope changes can affect delivery.

The output
The report is the proposal

Supported recommendations use your usage evidence and confirmed contract pricing. If the numbers don't justify a build, the report says so — and you walk away with the full map either way.

What it finds

Three areas for seat review

01

Dormant seats

Seats with no observed human activity over the agreed review window. Validate role requirements, retained evidence and contract terms before proposing removal.

02

Downgrade candidates

Users on premium editions doing basic-edition work. Same access needs, lower-tier price.

03

Portal candidates

Light users who read records and update the occasional field. A portal is considered only after checking user entitlements, required workflows and permitted contract changes.

Week 1

The pull

You grant platform-appropriate read-only access. We review available login and licence evidence; the data scope, export handling and retention are agreed before collection.

Week 2

The report

A seat ledger with supported classifications, unresolved evidence gaps and prices where confirmed. Potential recovery is tied to permitted commercial dates and reviewed with your finance team.

When's your renewal?

Review before renewal

Stage 00 is a 30-minute qualifying call at no cost. If the timing or the estate does not justify an engagement, we say so on that call.
